This company refuses to replace a product that they delivered during the holiday season without a signature. It sat outside in the 80 degree heat and rotted for 9 days because they said a signature was not needed for a perishable item. When I called to see about a solution they told me I could purchase a new one. It was a gift, or the gift giver could purchase a new one. This is wonderful customer service!!!!!! I will never order from them and will tell everyone I know how they treat their customers.
